What to Expect
You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you walk through the door. New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, you will then be asked to fill out our required forms, which will help us get information about how we can help improve your health.
Working with Dr. Angelini
Dr. Angelini will speak with you and ask you some specific questions about your condition, your health goals and determine if and how chiropractic care can help you. A thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. If Dr. Angelini cannot help you, you will be referred to a doctor that will be able to help you the most.
Your first examination may include: Nerve Testing, orthopedic exams, Range of Motion exams, Gait Analysis, and muscular function assessment. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so that a better understanding of how chiropractic can help you. If necessary, the doctor may refer you for X-rays or additional testing procedures.
Report of Findings
Once all the information has been collected and examinations have been performed, the doctor will review all of the findings and give you a written report with recommendations for treatment. Your treatment may begin on your second visit, which could be later the same day or the following day. This two-visit approach helps to:
Reduce the length of your first visit
Give us time to fully understand our findings and treatment approach
Avoid overloading you with too much information
